# View your $MLC on MetaMask

👉 Important: This tutorial is for people using MetaMask. If you're using Rabby wallet, you don't have to follow this tutorial as the $MLC will automatically be recognized by your wallet. If you're using TrustWallet, please check the [tutorial for TrustWallet](https://imagine3835.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/19809839942301-Add-MLC-to-your-TrustWallet).

{% hint style="info" %}
To be able to see your $MLC directly in your MetaMask wallet once claimed, you will have to "add the token" visibility to your wallet.

The process is very simple, let's see it together:

## 1. **Open MetaMask and make sure you're using the Polygon Network**

The first step is to open your MetaMask web extension.

You can open MetaMask by clicking on the 🦊 image (shown with the red arrow). If you can't see your extensions, they are probably in the extensions tab, which you can open by clicking on the 🧩 image (shown with the orange arrow). You can then click on the 🦊 image in the pop-up menu to open your MetaMask wallet extension.

Once in your MetaMask wallet (enter the password to access your wallet), make sure you're on the Polygon network by accessing the networks menu and selecting 'Polygon Mainnet'.

## 2. Import $MLC with the token contract address

Once on the Polygon Network, close the network menu and go to the 'Import tokens' option (you might need to scroll down in the Metamask extension to see these options). Copy / Paste the token contract address available just below (in orange) in the corresponding box in your MetaMask.

**Token contract address to copy/paste in "Custom Token" field:**

The 'token symbol' and 'token decimal' should appear. You can then click on 'Next'.

You can then click on 'Import' and you will see the $MLC token in your wallet (and the amount you have if you already claimed some MLC).

If you didn't claim your $MLC yet, claim them by following the Claim Process and they will appear in your MetaMask wallet.
